One of my ongoing projects at DSD was relaunching and managing the company’s internal newsletter. I was responsible for designing the layout, organizing the article flow, and building a repeatable content structure the team could rely on.
Content Structure & Article Types
I established a standard layout featuring baseline article sections designed to keep employees informed, connected, and engaged:

Key company stories, project highlights, milestone announcements, or leadership messages. -
Project Pipeline
Quick snapshots of new bids, client wins, and project updates with brief descriptions. -
Employee Corner
New hire and intern introductions (with consent), employee milestones, celebrations, and Q&A spotlights. -
The Showcase
A flexible section for standout stories, initiatives, or event highlights. -
Event Calendar
Upcoming company events, lunches, and holidays. -
Bulletin Board
Quick announcements, reminders, call-to-actions, and team tips. -
DSD Flash Back
Throwback photos and stories from past company events or milestones.
